Utility bill is not on my name

To resolve this issue, you can provide an alternative document that contains your name, surname, current address and date of issue. Some examples of acceptable documents include:

  • Bank statement, which is less than three months old, and must contain your name, surname, current address and date of issue. 

 

⚠️ Above alternatives are accepted only when the utility bill is not on your name. In order to avoid any delays or issues, we recommend to provide a document that clearly shows your name, surname, current address and date of issue.
